Marie Cunning, based in Phoenix, Arizona, is the first Filipina elected as International Director of Lions Clubs International. A seasoned entrepreneur with 35+ years in real estate and development, she leads three companies: Arista Development, Altair Realty, and Arizona Discount Flooring. A passionate humanitarian, she is known for leading medical missions and global service projects. Marie also serves as National President of the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce (FPACC) and is a prominent voice in the Filipino-American business and civic community.

Numeriano V. Bouffard, known as Ting, is a Florida-based Filipino American entrepreneur and community leader. Born in Manila to a Spanish father and Filipino mother, he is a graduate of the College of San Juan de Letran. His international career spans the Philippines, Spain, Canada, Mexico, and the United States, where he has worked across various sectors. In the 1990s, he launched ventures in import-export, trading, travel, and tourism services.

Ting is an active leader in the Filipino American community. He serves as President of the Philippine American Chamber of Central Florida, Vice President for Tourism of FPACC (Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce), and Honorary Life President of the FPACC Foundation. A strong advocate for cultural preservation, he leads the “Torna Idioma” program—an initiative that encourages the revival of the Spanish language within the Filipino community and strengthens ties with the broader Hispanic world.
